These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 4Goes Flames Suya website and ordering platform. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Orders and Pricing

All orders placed through our platform are pre-orders subject to menu availability and fulfillment windows configured by the vendor. Prices displayed at the time of checkout are final for that order, though menu pricing may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if items become unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Stripe — credit and debit card payments processed securely
• PayPal — payments processed through your PayPal account
• Pay on Site — cash or card payment at the time of pickup, where offered by the vendor

All online payments are processed through PCI-compliant third-party providers. We never store your full payment credentials on our servers.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Unpaid or pay-on-site orders may be cancelled or modified by the customer up to the vendor's configured cutoff window before the scheduled fulfillment time, where self-service changes are available. The default cutoff is 12 hours, but vendors may set a different window. Once the cutoff has passed, orders can no longer be cancelled or modified by the customer.

Paid orders cannot be self-cancelled through order lookup. Please contact us to request cancellation and refund review for a paid order. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. If a refund is issued after an order has already been fulfilled (delivered, picked up, or marked as no-show), the payment is refunded but the order status is preserved for record-keeping purposes. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Delivery Terms

Delivery is available where enabled by the vendor and within the configured delivery radius. Delivery fees are calculated based on the vendor's pricing model, which may include flat fees or distance-based pricing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, weather, and traffic conditions. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

6. Allergen Disclaimer

Our suya seasonings and menu items may contain or come into contact with peanuts, groundnuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, sesame, and other common allergens. Food is prepared in a shared kitchen and on shared equipment. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is free of allergens or cross-contact. Customers with food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions should contact us directly before ordering.

7. Electronic Communications Consent

By placing an order, you agree that we may send transactional electronic communications needed to fulfill and support your order, including order confirmations, receipts, payment notices, status updates, pickup or delivery reminders, and customer support messages by email. SMS/text order updates are sent only when SMS is enabled and you provide express SMS opt-in for that order. Promotional or marketing emails are optional and are sent only when you separately opt in. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4Goes Flames Suya and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, consumption of food products, or any transaction conducted through the site. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
